FINE ART RESTORATION

I needed a painting restored, it was my late grans and I wanted to gift it to my mother. I was nervous about handing it over to a company to do the work but Restore8 did such an amazing job. They handled the painting with such care, it looks brand new and my mum is so pleased. I could not recommend the team at Restore8 enough.

Got a couple old barstools reupholstered and these guys did a great job, didn’t mind me changing my mind about the fabric choice last minute. Job well done.

We needed an oil painting restored that had a fair amount of yellowing, a rip in the canvas and a chipped frame. Happy to say after the work that Restore8 did to the painting, it now hangs proudly in our hallway. We love it, the colours are so bright and you can’t even tell where the tear was.

Thank you Restore8 !!! During a recent house move the handle broke off my gorgeous Wedgwood Teapot, as you can imagine I was devastated!! After much research I found Restore8. After reading through some very positive reviews, I sent them an email explaining my needs with some reference pictures of the damage. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply the SAME DAY with a very reasonable quote! I was unsure if they would stick to the quick timeframe they set for themselves, I also worried they would rush the work but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only did they repair the handle, they redid the paint work over the crack and cleaned the teapot aswell!! The work was to such a high quality I honestly thought my husband had come home with a replacement teapot haha. Restore8, I can’t thank you enough! 

This was the first time I’ve had to get an artwork restored and I was apprehensive handing my favourite painting to strangers!
